At Wags4Whiskers, everything we create and curate is inspired by the unconditional love we share with our pets. Each product is thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted, and packed with intention, because for us, this brand is personal.
That said, to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business, we follow a clear and transparent return and refund policy.
Please read the details below before placing your order.

We are committed to delivering high-quality products that celebrate the bond between you and your furry companion. If something doesn’t feel right with your order due to a genuine issue from our end, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
✅ Size Issues (Only in Exceptional Cases)
We understand that, despite our best efforts, sizing may not always work out.
Returns or exchanges due to size concerns will be considered only in rare and exceptional cases, where:
- The size mismatch is significant, and
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact
All size-related requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of Wags4Whiskers.
We encourage you to carefully refer to our size guides and product descriptions before placing an order, as most size-related issues can be prevented.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear images or a video of the product
- Images of the outer and inner packaging
- Your order ID to our email address – wags4whiskers@gmail.com
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement or
- A refund (as applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will notify you via email with further details.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
To prevent misuse and ensure hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Personalized or customized products
- Items purchased during sales or special offers (unless damaged/defective)
Each product’s description includes detailed information to help you make an informed choice. Please review carefully before placing your order.
Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return is approved:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Tags, boxes, and inserts must be intact
- Any signs of wear, damage, or tampering will make the return ineligible
Returns that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will notify you via email.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), return shipping will be covered by us
- For all other approved returns (rare cases), shipping costs must be borne by the customer
Order Cancellations:
· Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
· To request a cancellation, please email us at wags4whiskers@gmail.com within one business day from the order date, mentioning your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
· Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
